Called multiple times talked to Irlanda about a new home policy got some issues with the Mathew communication, promised to be called back in five minutes after an hour different person same Mathew which I don't wanna talk to him wasted so much of my time not clear too much around the bush, I asked politely can I talk to Ms Irlanda after long lecture about the set polices and she can't do anything must go through him I insisted talking to her finally he gave up and told me to hold and after 3 minutes hold told me she is busy will call you tomorrow 5 days ago and tomorrow never came .
Very longtime customer and seriously thinking about moving my auto and life somewhere else they are losing business if not rectify this issue immediately"
